The Ottawa Police Service and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Nelson TSHISHIMBI, age 26, of Ottawa who is wanted on outstanding warrants in Ottawa and Gatineau.
Anyone with information with respect to the whereabouts of Mr. TSHISHIMBI is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Partner Assault Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 5407.
